2. How We Use Your Data
- Fulfillment: To ship products and assign local technicians to your address.
- Service Verification: Photos are used exclusively to verify successful installation, process returns, and resolve dispute claims.
- Device Setup: Wi-Fi credentials are used strictly on-site to link smart electronics to your home network.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Transfer
- Technician Access: Local third-party contractors receive your name, address, phone number, and scheduled time.
- No Credential Storage: We do not save or log your Wi-Fi passwords on our cloud servers. They are entered locally on the device during setup.
- Legal Compliance: Data may be shared with law enforcement if required under Indian law or court orders in Mumbai.
4. Data Retention and Security
- Photo Retention: Installation photos are securely archived and automatically deleted after the product warranty or return dispute window expires.
- Protection: We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access.
5. Your Rights (DPDP Act Rights)
- Right to Correction: You can update your personal information through the app profile settings.
- Right to Erasure: You can request account deletion, which removes your personal data, subject to active warranty timelines.
- Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register complaints with our Grievance Officer.
